Empowering our community with CPL’s ESL CLASSES 📚

We started teaching ESL (English as a Second Language) classes to local hospitality workers in NYC in 2022 and we are excited to continue this initiative! We believe that language skills are vital for personal growth and empowerment, and we are always seeking additional volunteers.

As a volunteer, you could make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals who often face language barriers in their daily lives. By teaching English, you will provide them with essential tools to communicate effectively, gain confidence, and unlock new opportunities. No prior teaching experience is required – just a passion for helping others and a willingness to share your knowledge. We currently hold in-person weekend classes at La Contenta Oeste Restaurant in Manhattan, NY and we are in the process of expanding our initiative through virtual classes.
